This is by a company called "Ergowear." The name refers to the frontal support pouch. 
This is made to comfortably support the penis and testicles while at the same time plumping them up and forward. The material is cool and comfortable and has a really nice feel.
The seat is full and fully covers the buttocks.
They come down easily!
