I think the Ergowear undies are still the best "enhancing" underwear I own and I recommend them. The enhancing pouch is constructed so it supports the penis and testicles separately. This has two advantages - firstly it makes everything lift up and forward and certainly gives you the biggest bulge. Secondly it is very comfortable as your genitals feel really cradled. The waistband is wide, so there is no line. The material is soft, yet has plenty of support where you want it.
